Number of Positions: 4
Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2 positions)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (2 positions)
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our neuro-medical treatment facility in Goldsboro, NC. Our facility specializes in providing high-quality care to patients with neuro-medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record patients' medical history.
- Measure and document vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Observe patients under treatment, noting progress and any side effects of medications.
- Monitor patient conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain detailed patient charts.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing.
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, clean and dress wounds, and assist with other basic medical care tasks.
- Collect samples for lab testing as required.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients when needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year of nursing experience is required.
- 1-year psychiatric experience is preferred.
Required Documents:
- Valid LPN state license.
