Medical Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care and is excited to work alongside our excellent providers and staff. Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-examination procedures including vitals, patient history, and preliminary assessments.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle correspondence.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and administer medications as directed by the physician.
- Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies and materials.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic.
- Provide support and assistance to patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive clinic experience.
- Collaborate closely with clinic staff to maintain a smooth workflow and high standard of care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a medical office, particularly in neurology, is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patient-centered care.
