We are looking for an experienced Aesthetician to help advance the practice's success by providing exceptional service and patient experience, clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care, and direct patient communication, critical thinking and problem-solving, while working directly with Providers in a clinical setting.

You are experienced with dermaplaning and chemical peels, physical exfoliations such as Microdermabrasion and/or HydraFacial. Experience with DermaSweep a plus You know how to operate DermaSweep and HydraFacial. You are knowledgeable about aesthetic product lines such as SkinCeuticals, Skin Medica, ZO, Skin Better, Revisions, Elta MD, as well as private label physician brands, etc. In addition, you are experienced with Electronic Health Record systems like Nextech and Modernizing Medicine.

You are a Licensed Esthetician and experienced Aesthetic provider with at least two years of experience in a medical office practice, healthcare setting, or med spa, with exceptional organizational skills. You are professional, personable and positive in all interactions. You meet the needs of our patients and others while following office policies and procedures. You are computer literate, familiar with MS Office Suite, able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, and, able to lift 15 lbs. at times. Travel as required to other clinical office as needed. In addition, you will:

  • Provide excellent patient service and hospitality to our patients and guests through the smooth and efficient operations of effective aesthetic services for the face and body.
  • Consult with patients to determine needs, create an aesthetic treatment plan, and explain the treatment process to achieve goals.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of dermatological skin conditions is needed, to ensure the appropriate coordination of care with the other providers within the practice. Be a resource and liaison for the patient. Know and communicate well-versed knowledge of entire practice menu, including services and retail products.
  • Answer query, educate patients, direct treatment and skincare recommendation and education processes, manage device operations, and maintain treatment areas.
  • Complete all treatments correctly, safely, efficiently, and timely. Complete all documentation necessary to monitor patients’ progress.
  • Correctly administer pre & post treatment photos. Review photos with patients to determine progress, correctly assess improvement level and determine next course of care.
  • Promote additional services offered by the practice for those seeking guidance in achieving healthy, beautiful skin through general dermatologic care, cosmetic laser and injectable services, facials & body treatments, and skincare and makeup regimens.
  • Assist in inventory management, device evaluation and maintenance, staff training and development, and meeting financial objectives.
  • Assist in scheduling patient appointments and in triaging phone calls. Keep treatment areas organized, clean and inviting.
  • Continue to educate self on best practices for aesthetic, cosmetic and general dermatology treatments. Seek training opportunities and build knowledge of industry trends. Communicate opportunities to advance services with Leadership.
  • Participate in provider meetings to develop services and results. Assist in new provider and staff training and development.
  • Understand and uphold the practice’s high standards of excellence by abiding to policies stated in the Employee Handbook. Each function is to be performed in accordance with government, company, and practice’s policies and procedures.
  • Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
  • Maintains confidentiality when interacting with patients, families, personnel, and the public.
  • Demonstrates appropriate hand washing technique to ensure proper infection control and follows universal precautions.
