Location: This position will be on-site full-time in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The position holder will need to be within commuting distance (within 45 min).

Janitor Summary:

Responsible for the daily inside cleaning of the facility, assisting with outside facilities maintenance and the processing of scrap materials.

Janitor Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Helps to maintain professional appearance of outside facilities and grounds; landscaping, parking lot, cleanliness, in conjunction with outside contractors and maintenance.
  • Inspects and performs daily inside facility cleaning per prescribed check lists.
  • Maintains cleaning supplies inventory.
  • Processes / bails scrap foam materials.
  • Processes trash / rubbish from around and inside the building.
  • Assists production when required and trained to do so.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
Janitor Qualification Requirements:
  • High School/GED or previous experience of six months or more.
  • Ability to follow guidelines and prescribed cleaning checklists.
  • Able to learn to operate bailing equipment.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
