Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
Department: Physical Therapy
Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (Includes a 30-minute break)
Additional Shift Details: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift within clinic hours (7:00 am - 8:00 pm). Must be flexible to float to off-site locations in Cold Springs and Croton. No weekends required.

Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team for a 6-month assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting clinicians in the environment of care, assisting with infection prevention, maintaining supply inventory, and ordering necessary supplies. This role also involves assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs. Experience as a Rehab Aide is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clinicians in providing physical therapy services.
  • Ensure the environment of care is maintained, focusing on infection prevention.
  • Manage supply inventory and coordinate ordering of necessary items.
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Float to off-site locations in Cold Springs and Croton as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Rehab Aide is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts within clinic hours and to float to off-site locations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Dress Code: Business Casual
