Come grow with us Lajaunie's Pest control is now hiring for a full time routing administrator for our Termite department. The duties of this position include , but are not limited to:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and dispatch service technicians to jobs throughout the work day.
  • Handle customer scheduling and service request in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Entering accurate notes and records with each call.
  • Scheduling and routing 30-40 service appointments daily in an efficient manner using routing software.
  • Maintain records and reports regarding company production, legal agreements, and keeping the department compliant with all required records from our regulating agencies.
  • Balancing production and labor needs in order to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer retention as well as educating the customer on needed services to help protect their home from termites and other invasive pest.

 

The right candidate for this job is energetic, positive, hardworking, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. They must have the ability to handle large amounts of information and data. The right candidate must have at least 2 years of relative experience in routing, scheduling, and/or project management.'
