Job Summary:

CME is searching for a Supply Chain & Electronics Procurement Manager. This role requires a self-motivated (a true go-getter) individual who can serve our customers and protect CME. The Supply Chain & Electronics Procurement Manager will oversee and manage the CME overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity. You are responsible for products which meets price, quality standards, and delivered right on time for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and relationship management to ensure cost-effective and high-quality supply of materials.
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and materials.
  • Oversee inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
  • Analyze and improve supply chain performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Participate in developing department goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or AA/AS degree (trade or tech school) from an Accredited College/University.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of related experience in supply chain management.
  • Experience with supply chain management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Paycor experience preferred (transitioning from ADP WFN in Q2).

Travel Requirements:

None expected, however, occasional travel (0% - 5%) may be required for emergencies or running errands.
