Job Overview
Inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. Assist with repairing floors, roofs, and doors and installing new products like windows, carpets, and light fixtures. The following list is not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned or required.
- Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing preventative maintenance.
- Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
- Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tols, level, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
- Repair machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
- Basic Painting and carpentry skills
- Basic use of hand tools.
- Repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment.
- Making decisions and solving problems.
- Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials.
- Communicate with supervisors and other departments. Personnel.
- Align equipment or machinery.
- Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear.
- Clean equipment and parts. Or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order.
- Remove snow.
- Clean and maintain property grounds.
Education, Experience, and other Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
I require strong experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and heating systems. Previous hotel or commercial property experience is a plus. Certified Pool Operator a plus.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be knowledgeable about word processing, spreadsheets, accounting, inventory, design, internet software, payroll systems, human resource systems, and contact management systems.
