Overview: Join our team in MO as an RN specializing in Cardiac Telemetry Services. This position offers day and night shifts with rotating weekends.
Job Summary: As an RN in our Cardiac Telemetry Unit, you'll assess acute changes in patients, monitor heart rhythms, interpret ECGs, and intervene during emergencies.
About This Unit:
- 🛏️ 36 Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit
- 👩️⚕️ Nurse to Patient Ratio: 4 to 5:1 on Day Shift / 5 to 6:1 on Night Shift
- 🏥 Wide variety of monitored patients including Chest Pain, Stroke, COPD, Post Ops, GI, Accelerated Heart Rhythm, and Drips

Responsibilities:
- 🩺 Coordinate and provide therapeutic and administrative services for patient care.
- 📋 Follow hospital policies and procedures, supporting the mission.
- 🧪 Acquire advanced knowledge in psychosocial, spiritual, pathophysiological, and therapeutic components.
- ⚠️ Identify risks, hazards, and mitigation efforts of unsafe practices.
Qualifications:
- 🏥 1 year of Acute Care RN experience required.
- 🎓 Graduation from a nursing school with a Diploma, ADN, or BSN.
- 📜 Current RN license from the State Board of Nursing or Multistate RN license.
- 💼 BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date.
