J&K Healthcare Services is currently seeking a dynamic and organized Staffing Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Spanish . As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our healthcare facility is properly staffed and equipped to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities include coordinating and managing the scheduling of healthcare professionals, such as Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides. You will be responsible for matching the skills and availability of our staff with the needs of our clients, ensuring that all shifts are properly covered. The Staffing Coordinator is also responsible for obtaining existing and new clients authorizations from the appropriate insurance company and other specific duties.

The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be interacting with staff members, clients, and patients on a regular basis. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a Licensed Home Care Agency.
  • High school diploma Required
  • Prior experience as a staffing coordinator Preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
  • Computer Proficient: MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Full knowledge of HHA exchange software system
