The Treetop is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a full-time and part-time Behavioral Technician - RBT in Georgia. Starting rates for this position range from $25 to $29 per hour, based on experience, with incremental raises provided every three months, six months, and annually, potentially reaching $33 per hour. Additional bonus options become available once the salary cap is met.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • A love and passion for working with children
  • Willingness to travel to client homes
  • Residence within 30-60 minutes of the city for this job posting
  • Ability to work a varied schedule depending on client needs

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN - RBT?

Your typical day as a Behavioral Technician - RBT at The Treetop involves diligent preparation and a commitment to providing individualized care. Throughout the day, you'll assist with skill-building activities in a school setting and participate in community outings, all while building a strong rapport with clients and their families. Together, we'll create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll enjoy a full- or part-time, flexible schedule tailored to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Currently, we are hiring for the following shifts:

-Mon - Fri 3 pm - 7 pm
-Mon - Fri 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm
