Responsibilities and Duties:- Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with recurring clients.
- Exceptional Communication: Documenting and communicating regularly with New Garden employees and clients.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by being responsive and readily available to clients.
- Monthly Site Visits: Conduct monthly job site visits and audits.
- Walkthroughs: Regularly perform walkthroughs of job sites with clients.
- Upsell Achievement: Achieve annual upsell sales goals ranging from $400K to $500K with existing clients.
- Identify Needs: Recognize landscaping upgrade opportunities including extra billable services, recurring services, irrigation, lighting, and container gardens; but not limited to additional services and successfully sell them to clients with assistance from the sales team.
- Photography: Capture property images for documentation and marketing purposes.
- Contract Renewals: Assist the Business Cell Leader (BCL) and Production Manager in contract renewal processes.
- Professional Presentation: Present yourself professionally while wearing New Garden Landscaping & Nursery logoed attire.
- Flower Program Logistics: Assist the Business Cell Leader with sorting of seasonal flowers for the MET Department
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of landscape/horticulture experience and 5 years of landscape sales experience.
- Energetic: Possess an energetic demeanor and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, associations, and colleagues.
- Organization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills in personal office space, company vehicle, time management, and information management.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Coachability: Be open to coaching and accountable for results.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
