HiFyve has a client in Ozaukee County, WI that is hiring for a Maintenance Manager.
Salary: $110k-$120k + 10% bonus

Responsibilities
- Apply mechanical and electrical expertise to maintain production systems, utilities, buildings, and grounds.
- Oversee employees directly or through supervisors to ensure efficient selection, retention, development, disciplinary action, and performance management. In the case of a collective bargaining agreement, participate in negotiations, grievances, or other contract-related activities
- Possess experience in HVAC, electrical, boilers, etc.
- Manage maintenance and capital projects for the site.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for optimal asset utilization through scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Implement corrective actions identified by key maintenance performance indicators to enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
- Stay informed about the latest industry regulations and codes related to mechanical and electrical systems design and operation.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards in both capital project implementation and daily maintenance.
- Adhere to Company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or some college preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance supervision in a food manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge/exposure to food manufacturing equipment, such as filling machines, blow mold machines, air compressors, and conveyors.
- PLC experience, programming skills a plus.
- Working knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems
- Working knowledge of fabrication, welding, and machining methods
- Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience with maintenance technicians.
- Experience with CMMS
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); union, safety, and workers' compensation experience
- Experience leading and following safety/security policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow all sanitation and quality policies and procedures and report and follow through on any deficiencies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other computer-based applications.
