Position: Electrical Maintenance Trainer
Location: North America (Extensive Travel Required)
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions focused on electrical maintenance for customers and BHS Corrugated North America staff.
  • Develop customized training plans and materials tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, including formal classroom sessions, hands-on training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency of electrical systems in BHS Corrugated equipment.
  • Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, including assessments, interviews, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate knowledge exchange and ensure alignment with product development and service strategies.
  • Drive sales of electrical maintenance training courses to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance within the corrugated industry.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery, preferably within the corrugated industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Dynamic and engaging teaching style with a focus on hands-on, experiential learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, including circuit analysis, motor control systems, PLCs, and electrical schematics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America, with occasional travel to Europe, to deliver onsite training sessions.
  • Valid driver's license and passport are mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
