We are looking to add another Research Scientist to our Team

The Research Scientist oversees the planning, conduct, and compliance of scientific studies, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). This role involves serving as the Principal Investigator or Study Director, developing protocols, recording experimental data, and maintaining relationships with industry leaders. Responsibilities include mentoring junior scientists, driving efficiencies through automation, and managing project communications. Candidates should have a strong background in cell and molecular biology, and 10 years of related experience within molecular biology methods including qPCR, RT-qPCR, and dPCR, regulated studies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with work split between office and laboratory environments, including handling animal tissues and exposure to pathogens.

This is an exempt role with no supervisory responsibilities.
