Role:

The eBanking Advisor performs assigned tasks in the following functional areas to support Soarion Credit Union’s digital, online, and electronic services, include but not limited to: Processing online membership applications and opening new accounts; mobile deposit, home banking, bill pay, mobile apps, eStatements, and remote requests for account maintenance.

What you will be doing:

• Establishes new member accounts received through our online account opening service through soarion.org and over the phone. Collects necessary information to adhere to CIP regulations and reviews new account applications for red flags and fraud.
• Reviews, decisions, and performs quality control on all new account applications submitted via our online account opening service through soarion.org and within digital banking in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assists members with remote requests for opening and closing accounts, processes transactions, and addresses and resolves member problems, inquiries, or complaints. Refers problems to supervisor as needed, along with recommendations for resolution.
• Maintains and monitors the mobile application, processes checks deposited by mobile capture, flags accounts appropriately for use of the service. Maintains and monitors the home banking site including bill pay, opens cases with third party provider when appropriate to assist members with payments.
• Maintains and monitors the eStatement option ensuring accurate email addresses are obtained and updated in the system, cancels eStatements when appropriate due to bad email address or member requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring along:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of similar or related experience
