Job Title : Rust Engineer

Job Type : C2C/1099

Experience : 5-15 Years

Location : Ofallon, Missouri

We are looking for a Rust Engineer who will use Rust to design and manage software systems. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and enhance software solutions that adhere to reliability and performance requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in data product development, analytical models, and model governance.
  • In-depth understanding of data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data integration and transformation tools.
  • Passion for and engagement with emerging trends in data, AI/ML, analytics, and digital experiences.
  • Ability to create strategies and plans that define how information can be utilized to support an organization's overall business strategy, and how that information and data is organized, and governed inside an organization.
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to understand complex information product constructs.
  • Experience in anonymizing data and managing the use of data.
  • Experience in data hygiene procedures, identity resolution capabilities, or data management is a plus.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Extensive experience developing and supporting shared web service platforms, including SOAP and RESTful API's.
  • Extensive experience with one of the following languages: RUST, C, C++, Java.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for data collection and utilization
  • Working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders requires effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Profundity in the ideas and practices of software engineering.
  • Knowledge of AWS deployments and the platform.
  • Knowledge of concepts relating to information security, such as cryptography, hardware security modules, PKCS11, and TEE
  • Incredibly proactive and driven to make sure the team and product succeed.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, high-energy, and capable of managing several high-priority requests while producing consistent outcomes.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
