This is a full time, Monday to Friday position, located in Millersville MD with hands on, on the job
training and career advancement opportunities available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Assembly on a production line
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical build instructions to assemble products and
have them ready for customers in a timely manner and to meet required deadlines
• Discern the quality of parts and materials used in production
• Complete inventory of parts and tools used in the assembling process
• Follow company procedures and directives
• Test finished products for defects including pressure testing etc.
• Maintain the tools used to create products
• Line style assembly work requiring focus on details and ability to follow specific directions
• Ownership over tasks and the environment a must
• Tasks may change from day to day, but throughout the majority of each day the tasks are
repetitive in nature
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
• Plastic Welding
• Reticulated Foam Manufacturing
• Water Filtration Testing
• Shipping & Receiving
Requirements:
Education: Associates degree, Preferred but not essential
Experience / skills:
• Manufacturing experience in an assembly, or technical trade environment, Preferred but not
essential
• Familiar and comfortable with hand tools and working in a hands-on, manufacturing /
warehousing environment a plus
• Detail oriented individual with attention to detail and ability to be a self-starter
Competencies: The ideal candidate for this role will have an eagerness to learn and prove themselves
with the appropriate training provided. You will have a natural skill for fixing and or building
components and enjoy working in a friendly but results oriented environment. You will take pride in
your work, have attention to detail, enjoy working with your hands and with tools, look after you work
area and be always eager to learn and work as a part of a team that take pride in the unique products
they produce and keeping their customers happy.
