Under the direction of the Patient Care Manager, the Licensed Clinical Administration Support role provides assistance with clinical clerical activities, such as order entry, patient phone calls, processing faxes, patient and family communication, data gathering, palliative business unit support, and other clerical duties as assigned. Orientation and competency evaluation prior to and continued instruction and on the job will be provided by the Clinical Office Manager and/or the Patient Care Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education or training beyond high school related to providing administrative assistance in the area of typing, word processing, office organization, verbal and written communication, bookkeeping and other related activities;
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a setting which required the use of a variety of administrative skills including those as specified above; or
  • A combination of education and experience that is determined to be equivalent to the above listed education and experience requirements;
  • Certification as an MNA in NH or education/certification as a Medical Assistant
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile that meets the State of New Hampshire registration regulations and automobile insurance.
