ESI is searching for a Business Operations Director to lead industry research to identify opportunities to improve operations and grow sales for the Company's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) subsidiary. Assist with the execution of the strategic vision by identifying and overseeing projects from initiation to implementation. Identifies opportunities for improvement in existing operations and collaborates with leadership to implement improvements.  


Responsibilities

•Conducts in-depth industry research to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies that could impact our business

•Leads and manages end-to-end product development processes, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Creates and manages project plans, budgets, and timelines for key initiatives and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

•Develops effective relationships with key partners within the organization and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, clinical, and marketing, to align product development efforts with overall company goals. 

•Drives continuous improvement by evaluating and optimizing existing processes and workflows within the organization. Develops an understanding of each department within the organization and provides valuable feedback to assist with issue resolution.  Initiates and/or leads a wide variety of cross-functional teams, removes barriers, improves communication and workflows

•Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of programs and procedures. Analyzes trends in data related to production, quality, financial and other audit sources. Leads improvements in key performance initiatives


Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

8 years of progressive experience in sales or product development in healthcare or financial services, 3 years of which is leadership.

Prior experience overseeing projects and implementing projects preferred.

Continuous Process improvement certification is a plus.
