Pay Range: $19.50/hr to $24.50/hr depending on experience
Requirements:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently
- Associate degree in accounting or similar preferred
Responsibilities:
- Handle all A/P and A/R transactions
- Complete month-end and year-end close
- Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare daily deposits against accounts receivables
- Provide daily and weekly reporting to management as directed
- Process customer financing
- Prepare payroll and remit taxes to Federal, State, and local agencies timely
