Pay Range: $19.50/hr to $24.50/hr depending on experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Associate degree in accounting or similar preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all A/P and A/R transactions
  • Complete month-end and year-end close
  • Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare daily deposits against accounts receivables
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting to management as directed
  • Process customer financing
  • Prepare payroll and remit taxes to Federal, State, and local agencies timely
