Order Selector

We are looking for a motivated and efficient Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment according to customer orders. This role is essential to ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use handheld scanners or voice-pick systems to locate products within the warehouse.
• Ensure that orders are correct and meet quality standards before shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment and handling products.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed.
