Summary: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to our Manufactures and Customers.

Full Time days M-F 8:00-5:00pm

Responsibilities: Accurately enter information in computer system as it relates to the repair process as needed. Validate the information provided by the technician is accurate and meaningful. Ensure the invoice generated for the customer provides the required information to accurately describe the services performed. Validate service amounts billed are accurate.

Qualifications: HS Diploma or GED. General Knowledge of electronics preferred. Excellent Communication both in person and written. Strong attention to detail. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Basic keyboard skills. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office products with intermediate to expert MS Excel experience. One to three years of clerical experience.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $18.00 to $19.00 hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
