We want to add a motivated and personable new employee to our insurance representative team who is seeking a new learning opportunity with lots of room for growth. The ideal candidate for our entry-level insurance sales representative position has the solid communications skills it takes to drive insurance sales among potential clients and new clients in Port Washington and the surrounding areas. Bring a friendly attitude and a passion for customer service, and we’ll invest our resources into training you to be a successful insurance sales representative

Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Implement our proven sales system in the field that is taught in training
  • Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems, and other organizational tools to accurately report progress toward monthly insurance sales goals
  • Implement marketing strategies including, but not limited, to cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients while simultaneously maintaining a portfolio of current clients
  • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
  • Remain updated about insurance industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have or be willing to get an insurance license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fundamental computer skills and/or experience using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
