Job DescriptionJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and/or commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the efficient and effective operation of water supply, drainage, and other plumbing systems. You will work independently or as part of a team, collaborating with homeowners, contractors, and colleagues to complete plumbing projects to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances.

Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.

Diagnose plumbing problems and provide appropriate solutions.

Estimate project costs and materials required for plumbing repairs or installations.

Collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and colleagues to plan and execute plumbing projects.

Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in residential plumbing.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential or commercial plumber.

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.

Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures and appliances.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.

Experience estimating project costs and materials.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Valid plumbing license/certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20 - $30 per hour
