We are expanding our virtual team and conducting phone interviews for both part-time and full-time positions. Our prospective clients provide us with their information and rely on us to reach out to them, regarding one of our products such as mortgage protection, accidental, retirement planning plus more. Individuals with an optimistic mindset and a can-do attitude thrive here with us. Customer service is at the heart of our industry. We offer a great opportunity for those seeking a flexible schedule while working from home. There is a ton of room for advancement through the utilization of Zoom calls, webinars free carrier product training, and sales materials. Whether you want to build an agency, focus on being a career producer, or if your experience is a better fit for our wholesale model. There is no cold calling, we contact prospective clients looking for our help. We are excited to get to know you better.  We will train you to call, set, and run appointments virtually. 
 

  
 

  Qualifications:  

  • Be honest and trustworthy 
  • Have a General Life & Health License or be willing to obtain one 
  • Be comfortable speaking with prospective clients over the phone 
  • Be coachable and professional  
  • Excellent Customer Service 
  • Be comfortable with a commission position 

 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contacting and maintaining a professional relationship with the client 
  • Book appointments 
  • Take & submit online applications 
  • Follow up with back office 
  • Attend weekly virtual calls 
  • Explain policy cover to the client once the policy is approved 
  • Maintain stellar interpersonal skills
