What you’ll be doing to make an impact at GSRs:

  • Greeting and acknowledging guests upon arrival in the shop.
  • Operating a cash register.
  • Answering customer questions and concerns.
  • Processing purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Helping organize inventory.
  • Taking directions from and reporting to assigned supervisor.
  • Providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to:
    1. Standing and walking during an entire shift, averaging 8 hours per shift.
    2. Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, shaking, stirring, pouring, and carrying supplies up to 20 pounds in weight.
  • A team player’s mentality with good communication skills and the ability to stay positive under any situation.
  • Availability to fill in for callouts.
