Our newer, state of the art, boutique dental practice is growing our team and in need of a dedicated, self-motivated RDH. Any combination of days: Monday, Tuesdays, and Friday.

We operate a high quality private practice. We are looking for a hygienist who possesses the skills and desire to provide top quality care and who has the personality to win over patients. This person must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be very comfortable and competent in the following areas:

*Laser Certified

* Scaling and root planing

* Prophylaxis

* Administering local anesthetic

* Taking BP and HH* Taking FMX, pano, and BWX (digital)

* Using an intraoral camera

* Using dental software and computers (our office is paperless)

* Breaking down and setting up operatories to OSHA standards

* Sterilization of instruments

* Placement of fluoride varnish

* Educating patients about needed treatments and products

* Care of new patients (including entering existing restorations, perio charting, and note taking)

* Scheduling recall appointments

We are a paperless office so we're seeking individuals who are comfortable using and fully embracing the use of modern technology including dental practice management software. We are looking for candidates who exemplify honesty, a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and be the best at what they do. Our product is more than just dentistry, it's the overall health of our patients and we're looking for candidates who share this vision and exemplify it in their own lives.
