Salary: $3,200 to $3,790 per month


Schedule: Monday to Friday


About Diaz Consulting:
   We are seeking a dedicated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to support our executives in Atlanta. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in a professional setting. As a Personal Assistant, you will handle various administrative tasks and provide essential support to our leadership team. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize executives’ schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, and respond on behalf of executives as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Conduct research and compile information for projects and meetings.
  • Assist with personal tasks for executives, such as running errands and managing personal appointments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
