WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

This full-time position is located in Newnan, GA. Your schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break, plus every Saturday for our vaccine clinic from 8 AM to 1 PM.

As a Veterinary Scheduling Coordinator, you start your day by greeting pet parents with a friendly voice, helping them schedule appointments, and answering their questions. You also return voicemail messages, respond to emails, and ensure every animal receives the care it needs. Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will make each client feel supported and valued. Every interaction you have helps further our mission to end pet overpopulation, one appointment at a time.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience with a multi-line telephone system
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A great, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving a box truck
  • 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or animal shelter/control facility
  • 2+ years of experience with a multi-line telephone system
  • Excellent phone skills fueled by a love for working with clients
  • Attention to detail and a "follow through" personality
  • A highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with a professional attitude
