Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative who specializes in warranty and replacement to join our team. As a CSR Warranty & Replacement specialist, you will help support our customers with the replacement of our products. You would report to the Customer Service Manager and will work primarily with end users and our External Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer phone calls, and tickets related to warranty and replacement requests
  • Provide limited technical support for end users, external sales reps, OEMs, distributors & their accounts including product recommendations, substitutions & troubleshooting
  • Maintain direct contact with customers/consumers by telephone & electronically & responds promptly to inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge on legacy Blum products
  • Maintain warranty and replacement warehouse inventory (keep records of movements, inventory, replenishment) – Senior
  • Develop an understanding of customers' needs & follow up on customer interactions to ensure their needs are met.
  • Estimate delivery dates & arrange delivery schedules.
  • Contribute to the process documentation effort by developing and updating existing documentation
  • Required to work a flexible office schedule (Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm) but is expected to work whenever required

Job Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED required
  • 2-year degree in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medium sized Industrial/Manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and a team player
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage workload in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Principles & processes for providing customer & personal services
