Cardiothoracic Surgeon / Academic hybrid

Join an academic affiliation of University of Alabama, multispecialty private community-based Cardiology clinical practice. Well-established and respected dedicated cardiology practice group.Top 100 Hospital with over 600 physicians, 3 acute care hospitals, regional tertiary medical center. 775 bed facility offering advanced treatments options, technologies and cutting-edge medical care.

Collaborative team of 6 General Cardiologists, 2 Cardiac-Pediatrics, 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, and 2 APRNs. Employed position. Dedicated cardiology suite for inpatient procedures with premier robotics. Seeking advanced skills including full spectrum of cardiovascular surgical procedures as well as thoracic experience.

Requirements:

  • BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Advanced skills in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery
  • AL license, or eligible
