As a Painter Helper, you play a crucial role in preparing and applying paint to our luxury coaches. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality ensure that every vehicle has a flawless finish, contributing to the overall aesthetic and value of our fleet. • Surface Preparation: Sand, clean, and repair defects to prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth base for paint application.
• Masking: Apply masking to areas not being painted to ensure clean lines and protect surfaces from paint overspray.
• Paint Mixing: Mix and prepare paints and coatings according to specific instructions to achieve the desired color and consistency.
• Painting: Use spray guns to apply primer and finish coats to vehicles, ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain painting equipment and the work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace, preventing contamination and equipment malfunctions.
• Body Repair: Complete body repair tasks as needed to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish, addressing any imperfections before painting.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English with strong reading comprehension skills.

• Previous experience in automotive or industrial painting.
• Familiarity with spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings.
