Le Suprême, a Parisian-inspired brasserie located on the corner of Washington Blvd. and Grand River is looking for an experienced Maire ' who exudes genuine hospitality to join our team As a Maitre d', you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations and coordinating with the service team to provide top-notch customer service.

Duties:

- Exudes genuine hospitality
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Utilize proper phone etiquette when handling guest inquiries and reservations
- Familiarity with Resy and Toast or similar systems to manage seating and reservations
- Uphold standards of excellence in Guest relations and Customer service
- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Experience:
- Proven experience in a Maitre d' or similar role
- Proficiency in using POS systems, preferably Resy and Toast
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to help create a positive dining experience for guests
