WTWH Media (www.wtwhmedia.com), a business-to-business media company headquartered in Cleveland, is seeking a dynamic, hands on videographer to play a key role on the video team. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date in video creation tools and editing programs. He, she, they will possess a great work ethic and a team-player attitude and contribute to the ongoing success of the video team.

This position requires proficiency in editing, lighting and photography. Common video projects include collaborating with our editorial teams to produce technology overviews, product spotlights and event recap videos. Other types of video production includes on-site shoots at advertisers' locations to produce company spotlight videos, recap videos or drone footage.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple video projects at once
• Keeping on track with project timelines and final product deadlines
• Operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Primarily operating on Sony A7 series)
• Operating lighting and audio devices
• Travel to on-site events and customer locations for video shoots 5-8 times a year; must be available to travel during busier event seasons between Oct-Nov and Mar-May
• Collaborating with video team members, editorial staff, sales staff, and marketing on project planning and design

• Minimum 1-3 years of professional video production experience in a corporate setting, agency or video studio
• Must have experience operating professional DSLR or Mirrorless cameras.
• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere and experience in other Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Familiarity and experience using Adobe After Effects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong initiative and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as a part of a team
