What You’ll Do:

  • Execute new lines of business with the support of the Director of Patient Access and Senior Director of Patient Access.
  • Assist in special projects or initiatives as assigned, involving research, data analysis, or coordination with other departments or organizations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient records.
  • Lead and guide office staff relative to claim data, authorizations, and billing requirements.
  • Support improved revenue and payment velocity through ongoing audits of claim data, internal workflows, and billing system operations.
  • Conduct charge audits and review delayed claim reports according to policy.
  • Develop new and/or improved internal systems, policies, and workflow compliance.
  • Manage and oversee projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assign tasks to team members, providing clear instructions and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any challenges or roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and milestones.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Perform other diverse duties as requested or required.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years of experience in Office administration
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of physical and occupational therapy billing requirements, and insurance requirements,
  • Ability to lead and work as a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Availability to travel throughout JAG locations. Following the JAG Travel policy.
