  • Snow plowing experience is a must
  • Skilled in trim & general carpentry
  • All around handyman abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Snow Plowing parking lots in winter months
  • Trim Carpentry / Painting / Drywall
  • Facilities & grounds maintenance and repairs
  • Misc. plumbing knowledge
  • Coordinate & complete daily activities to maintain schedule compliance
  • Efficiently manage & organize scheduled daily tasks
This position reports directly to the facility owner.
  • Part Time/ Full Time
  • Hourly Wage $25.00+

LOCATION: Pittsburgh North
