Promotes and sells insurance products and services on an hourly pay with an additional monthly commission scale through customer service and effective sales techniques.

This position has a base salary plus monthly commission opportunity and quarterly bonus. Also, it offers benefits after our wait period such as medical, dental, vision, 401k and a great Paid Time Off Package. Top producers make a lot with commission. Our Team is wonderful, and we have a great office environment.

Responsibilities


- Identify and act on cross sell opportunities within the current book of business or terminated former clients on a proactive basis

- Solicits, generates quotes and writes all applications for new property and casualty policies.

- Acts as an agent in creating marketing plans for where you will solicit new business and build relationships with key businesspeople. Attends agency functions, seminars or training programs as required.

- Be able to work a full work week of 40 hours in office - our office hours are 8:30am-5:00pm in Santa Ana. Can be flexible with hours if needed.


Requirements

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred - good verbal and written is helpful

- Must carry current P&C Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License - active license status

- Contacts prospective clients via telephone and/ or mail to develop them as clients with follow-up as needed

- Updates all client data and client notes on computer CRM system daily

- Prior Allstate Experience knowing how to navigate Gateway is a plus.

- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
