Head Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the varsity volleyball coach for our high school team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport of volleyball and a strong desire to mentor and develop student-athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive and competitive volleyball program.
• Plan and conduct regular practices to enhance player skills and team cohesion.
• Create game strategies and provide in-game leadership and direction.
• Motivate and inspire student-athletes to reach their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with players, assistant coaches, parents, and school administration.
• Ensure compliance with all school, district, and league policies and regulations.
• Attend all scheduled games, practices, and team events.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or college level.
• Strong knowledge of the game of volleyball, including rules and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and best practices for student-athletes.
