General Laborer

We are looking for General Laborers at International Paper

Pay Rate:

$21.78/hr. (can make $2-$4 in probationary period dependent on position)

Sign on Bonus:

$500 after 60 working days,

$500 after 6 months,

$500 after 1 year

Category/Shift:

Hourly Full-Time (24/5 operation with occasional Saturdays: 6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM, 10 PM-6 AM); Mandatory scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

The Job You Will Perform:

•Counting and stacking finished product

•Reading factory orders

•Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment

•Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting

•Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions

•This person will also be assigned to clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.

•Cross-training between different positions & machines
