Monday - Thursday (8am - 5pm) Work Schedule

Friday (8am - 3pm) Work Schedule


Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements.
  • Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Conduct follow-up discussions with clients to ensure their contentment while progressing towards sales closure.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have an active Texas Property and Casualty License with previous Insurance experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Must be able to consistently maintain thorough and accurate documentation through detailed notes following each interaction.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
  • Proficiently utilize insurance software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other industry-specific technology to enhance client interactions and streamline workflow processes.
