About the community:
Daybreak is comprised of more than 8,000 homes on its way to a projected build-out of more than 20,000 residential homes. Daybreak is a highly amenitized community specifically designed with providing residents with numerous recreational and lifestyle options. It was recently named Master Planned Community of the Year by Pacific Coast Builder Conference, maintains a strong standing within the top ten top selling master planned communities as ranked by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors and resides within one of the fastest growing cities in America.
Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Covenants Coordinator is responsible for implementing the covenant enforcement for the community.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Performing daily community inspections to enforce the covenants and design guidelines
- Documenting, photographing and recording violations
- Issuing violations with specific reference to property maintenance and aesthetics
- Working closely with homeowners to resolve issues and questions in a timely manner
- Developing a well-versed knowledge of governing documents
- Communicating with and educating owners about their obligation to the governing documents and design guidelines while promoting a positive sense of community
- Responding to resident phone calls and emails in a professional way
- Greeting residents, guests, and vendors upon entering the association office
What we’re looking for:
- Associate’s Degree
- At least two years’ experience in a similar position
- Working knowledge of the violation and fine process
- Professional and adaptable, demonstrate good time management and have demonstrated an ability to maintain the confidentiality of business matters
- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and have high attention to detail
- Have an excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible
- Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and attend and community events as required
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance – standard mileage reimbursement provided
- Flexibility to work after hours on occasion to attend meetings
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
