Inside Sales/Purchasing

Bring your experience and knowledge to an energetic and dynamic team at A&A Safety, Inc. where we are seeking an Inside Sales/Purchasing professional in our Cincinnati, OH office. This role is dynamic and will require someone energetic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment. It’s a small office and team but staying involved is essential. The ideal candidate will be able to jump in and help with basic duties right away but will be trained in the details of the position.

The Inside Sales/Purchasing professional must be a self-starter, able to work independently and thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment while contributing to company growth.

The Sales/Purchasing professional's responsibilities include:

• Assist outside salesmen and sales manager by preparing quotes and fulfilling sales and rental orders
  
• Assist walk-in customers
• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders
• Answer customer inquiries regarding sales and rental
  

Requirements for the Sales/Purchasing position are:

• 1-3 years of related experience
  
• Associate degree (preferred)
• Basic math skills
• Strong verbal & organizational skills 
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
