The SentriLock Project Manager combines the customer’s strategic business outcomes with technical delivery knowledge to implement managed security access solutions to real estate customers and other non-realtor applications.

To meet the growing demand for SentriLock secure managed access solutions within the US and neighboring countries, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. If you have strong program management focused on delivering solutions with a medium level of ambiguity, able to understand the empowering technology of SaaS/backend systems, and communicate across multiple audiences at different stages in the SentriLock journey, we’d like to speak with you. As a TPM you will lead large and small customer implementations for new and existing clients and have the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal SentriLock teams. You should be passionate about delivering great customer experiences and supporting new customer onboarding to the SentriLock platform, continual process improvement, and proposing new data consumption methodologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer facing – Understand customer requirements and empowering technologies
  • Serve as a technical program manager for the Product and Data Implementation team, you will play a critical role in making this customer experience possible and delightful.
  • Customer focused, team driven senior technical program manager to help take our lockbox and showing service products to the next level with an innovation spirit.
  • Ensuring data is ready for integration and consumable by customers & their vendor(s).
  • Complete projects within strict deadlines and manage complex programs.
  • Lead onsite implementation of product and applications.
  • Participate in customer facing training.
  • Deliver technical communication to new customers in non-technical business terms.
  • Internal team collaboration - Support the Implementation Team to prepare for the customer’s journey onto SentriLock systems
  • Partner with Data Integration Specialists and Project Manager teams to manage client data.
  • Interface with the Implementation team for new customer implementation and existing. customer regional deployment of our applications and hardware.
  • Consistently impart clear and concise summaries for the customer implementations.
  • Continual improvement – Streamline the data program for efficiency
  • Work with our leaders to help manage continual improvement across critical systems.
  • Propose opportunities to streamline existing processes.
  • Continually listen to and interpret customer needs and desired outcomes to SentriLock.
  • Extensively utilize project management software and applications.
  • Develop new and improve complex project management solutions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Combination of Educational Experience - required
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable by SentriLock – required
  • Anticipated travel up to 30% - required
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent - preferred
  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience - required
  • 3+ years of working directly with Integration teams - required
  • 2+ years of real estate data experience - preferred
  • 1+ years of technical program management working directly with real estate customers - preferred
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - required
  • Experience executing to KPI's/SLA's used to drive customer facing applications – required
  • Six sigma and lean methodologies – a plus
