Compensation and Benefits:

- Pay rate: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour
- Full-Time Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities and Expectations:

- Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and complete daily activity reports.
- Maintain a tidy and organized classroom.
- Attend professional development sessions.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual child needs.
- Manage classroom effectively to support children's goals and developmental levels.
- Assist with potty training.
- Provide developmentally appropriate materials and encourage play-based learning.
- Foster a multicultural learning environment.
- Participate in cross-training for all programs from Infant through Pre-K.

Qualifications:

- Prior childcare experience in a licensed center.
- Passion for teaching and a love for children.
- Dependability and reliability.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
- Flexible schedule between 7 AM and 6 PM daily.
- CPR/First Aid Certification is required; additional certifications are preferred.
