Sales Associate

City Wide is seeking an outgoing, dynamic individual interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you.
City Wide Sales Associates join an aggressive, highly productive sales team with a 50-year legacy of achievement. You will be the prospector, making connections and building relationships with clients to fill the sales pipeline. You will bring a deep understanding of our business to each contact, identifying opportunities for a broad range of services.
City Wide is a privately held company that emphasizes a dedication to serving others with excellence in all we do. Here you will find a high-energy work environment that balances high expectations with coaching, group support, and fun.
Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
- Strong history of leadership and academic achievement
- Outgoing and energetic, with a dynamic personality
- Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged
- Career-oriented, with a strong desire to win
- Basic understanding of outside sales principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A creative problem-solver who is always looking for the next opportunity
- Excellent work ethic

- Strong MS Office and CRM proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
City Wide has a national sales network with a strong tradition of mentorship and coaching. This position follows a defined sales career path within our company.
