As a Diversity Outreach Coordinator at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. This role involves collaborating with various departments to promote a diverse workplace and ensuring that our outreach efforts effectively attract a wide range of candidates. Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Outreach Programs: Design and execute outreach programs to attract a diverse pool of candidates. This includes creating partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and professional networks.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in diversity and inclusion, recruitment, or a related field.
Knowledge: Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices. Familiarity with relevant legal requirements and industry standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and interact with a diverse audience.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data and generating reports. Ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve outreach strategies.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity.
