Responsibilities

Process Policy Applications: Assist with policy processing, including data entry, documentation, and file maintenance.

Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.

Policy Renewals: Follow up with clients to ensure timely renewal of policies and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized files to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and contribute to a positive team environment.
