What will you do as a Medication Care Partner?

  • Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
  • Assist in monitoring the medication program
  • Setup and assist with self-administration of medication
  • Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living as necessary
  • Prioritize and provide encouragement and support to the residents
  • Encourage and assist with the life-enrichment activity programs

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be certified Medication Aide (Med Tech Certification) and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide/certification.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
