We’re committed to the success of our business, and each other and seek an energetic front desk team mate with a “get it done” attitude We are currently seeking full time ( 32 hours a week) in our beautiful, newly remodeled Heritage Hill Dental office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sterilization
- Maintain treatment rooms, supply inventory, and equipment
- Prepare rooms for treatment
- Properly breakdown rooms following dental procedures
- Greet, escort, seat, and prepare patients for treatment
- Chart and medical history management
- Patient follow-up
- Treatment Planning
- Take x-rays (must have certification for this)
- Take Intra-oral photos for patient education
- 3D Scanning on Primescan (experience not required)
- Prepares impressions and/or models and coordinates all aspects of lab cases.
- Educates patients by giving postoperative instructions
- Perform preventive maintenance on dental equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Hours:
- Monday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
- Tuesday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
- Wednesday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
- Thursday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm (No lunch)
Qualifications:
- Basic computer knowledge (Required)
- Dental Radiology Certification (Required)
- Dental Coding Knowledge (Preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills (Required)
- Ability to multi-task efficiently (Required)
- Knowledge of Dentrix (Preferred)
- Knowledge of treatment planning (Preferred)
- Dental Assisting Experience (Professional or School) : 1 year (Preferred)
- Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
- Certified Dental Assistant (Preferred)
